Any boat listed here MUST be a Boston Whaler. No Exceptions!

Please remove your ad upon sale of the item.

Unfortunately, in this world we live in, we must state what would otherwise go without saying.

#1. The inclusion of an ad on WhalerMall is at the sole discretion of WhalerMall.

The other WhalerMall rules of the road are as follow:

·Any boat listed MUST be a Boston Whaler.
·You must list your items in the most appropriate category.
·Boat parts listed must be appropriate for use on a Boston Whaler.
·You may not include any content or images in your classified ad that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, an nvasion of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.

·You may not offer any item for sale that is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell, or that does not exist at the time of the classified ad.

·You are not permitted to send unsolicited email or messages to WhalerMall.com or any members of WhalerMall.com.
·Your classified ad must be in English, however it may contain words in another language, if necessary, in order to  describe the item sale.

·Ads are active for 30 days. Prior to the de-activation of an ad, a notice will be sent to the owner that that the ad is  about to expire. Ads may be re-posted at this time.

Under this policy, WhalerMall.com may, at its discretion, remove classifieds when the item, description, or service does not fit within the above guidelines. The applicability of which is at the sole discretion of WhalerMall.com.
